1. Semi-Automatic MGS Washing System (2-Line System)
This system washes one growing gutter at a time and is ideal for semi-automatic MGS installations where cleaning takes place immediately after harvesting.
Workflow: Growing gutters are manually placed on the infeed conveyor. An integrated sensor detects the gutter, which is then automatically transferred to the opposite lane and returned to the operator.
Logistics: After the washing cycle is completed, the gutters are placed in a gutter trolley and transported back to the transplanting area.
Washing Process: High-pressure cleaning with the option of using either clean water or a combination of water and disinfectant.
2. Fully Automatic MGS Washing System (High-Capacity)
This fully automatic high-pressure washing system is designed for integration into large-scale, high-tech production facilities with high post-harvest throughput.
Capacity: The system typically washes between 4 and 6 growing gutters simultaneously for maximum efficiency.
Automation: The system is integrated directly into the automated production flow, where cleaned gutters are automatically returned to a transplanting machine or robotic solution.
